    Express (Australia Post)

    Flat rate of $50.00 (free for orders over $500.00 AUD). Delivery time depending on where you are located, generally within 3-15 business days. Please email us at info@paradolaeyewear.com if you'd like accurate delivery window to your region.

    Some regions may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment, other regions may have to option to prepay or pay upon delivery.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 21 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

    • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
    • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging.
    • You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. You can elect to ship yourself or we can deduct $15.00 from your return and provide you a return shipping label.
    • If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.
    • Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
    • Direct exchanges are only available for Australian customers, otherwise a store credit will be issued to you to make a repurchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your exchange is processed at our returns facility (3-5 days after return delivery).


    Promotional items purchased using a flash sale promotional code are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for a credit note, within 21 days of purchase. We will not be issuing refunds for change of mind on promotional purchases. It is advised that customers contact customer support for any additional guidance on frame and fit.

  • ITEM ARRIVED FAULTY

    We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase (ie. order number) to info@paradolaeyewear.com for further review.

    We have a 4-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options.
